As a Production Technician working in the field you will ensure:

• Production Print service meets customer’s expectation.
• Perform Production Print service calls that achieve the service objectives of customer satisfaction and nationally set service KPI’s.
• Discuss all problems and machine faults with customers in a professional and courteous manner, advising the customer on all aspects of the service call.
• Improving and maintaining customer relationships to ensure customer retention and satisfaction through ownership of problems and resolving them.
• Work with all Production Print staff to deploy national service strategies on time and within budget

To be successful in this role: You will have:

• Minimum 2 years Previous Experience in a similar role
• Qualification required - tertiary qualification highly desirable
• Previous Experience in a similar role
• Amazing customer service
• Ability to work in high pressure environment
• Strong technical ability and knowledge
• A desire to learn
