Due to continued growth, we're seeking an Industrial Relations (IR) Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide expert advice and guidance to a diverse range of smaller organisations on a variety of IR and employee relations (ER) issues.

What You’ll Be DoingHelp clients in maintaining IR and ER compliance with relevant Awards and legislation e.g. award interpretation, employment contracts, policy development and Fair Work representation.Represent clients in Fair Work proceedings and effectively negotiate on their behalf.Conduct calculations for Better Off Overall Tests (BOOT).Resolve conflicts through exceptional negotiation skills.Deliver informative presentations on IR and ER matters to educate clients.Work with our innovative Mobile App that assists clients to access IR support and tools.
What You’ll HaveA personality that loves helping people.Outstanding Industrial Relations professional providing advice in the private/union sector.5 years plus experience in all areas of IR compliance.Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as IR, HR, Law or Business.Exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution skills.Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities.Strong presentation skills to educate and inform clients.Ability to work under pressure.Valid driver's license for traveling to client sites.
