About the Role
The Cyber Security Technician works with the Cyber Security Analyst and the wider operation team to support the administration, management, monitoring and compliance of information security policies and procedures and reporting of all computing devices within the College. Contributes to and supports security and risk analysis, threat hunting, monitoring, and incident response, as well as the maintenance and configuration of network security tools. Working with the latest technologies to detect, analyse, and limit intrusions and security events and provides advice to the Cyber Security Analyst regarding current, evolving, or emerging issues as related to networks and information security.
