YOUR DREAM OPPORTUNITY
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Pattern Maker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for fashion. This role is responsible for interpreting design briefs and creating precise patterns to ensure samples align with Forever New’s fit and quality standards.
You will thrive in our inhouse Pattern Making room , where you will work closely with our Designers and QA teams to perfect garment quality, fit, and construction.
Get excited to:
- Collaborate with designers to interpret design briefs and develop patterns accurately.
- Ensure patterns are created with attention to fit and garment quality in line with Forever New standards.
- Offer technical guidance and recommend alterations during fit sessions.
- Manage workload and deadlines, updating progress on sample trackers.
- Maintain clear and detailed pattern instructions for machinists and production teams.
THE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE YOU OFFER US
- Fashion Degree with a major in Pattern Making or Garment Construction.
- 3-5 years of pattern-making experience in the fashion industry.
- Proficiency in Gerber Pattern Design System and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of garment construction, grading, and the fit process.
- High attention to detail, with the ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
