About the Role:

The People and Culture service is at the heart of OPP's commitment to fostering a respectful, high-performing, and collaborative work environment. Our team works closely with managers and colleagues, enabling the OPP strategy through a range of services, including talent and capability, wellbeing, policy, and workplace relations. As a Senior Adviser, People Services, you'll play a key role in driving innovation and providing collaborative HR solutions that align with OPP's strategic priorities. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Implementation of policies, procedures, and systems to improve People Services and align with legislative changes.
  • Provide expert advice on people processes, policies and Enterprise Agreements
  • Collaborating with People Partners to deliver HR services, including performance management, OH&S, recruitment, and workforce planning.
  • Contributing to HR projects, reporting, and data analysis to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Drive process improvements using your HRIS expertise to enhance efficiency

Partnering with your People and Culture colleagues you will deliver essential HR services and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes, all while supporting workplace wellbeing initiatives.
