About VHBAThe Victorian Health Building Authority (VHBA) is responsible for the rollout of the Victorian Government's multi-billion-dollar health capital projects. We're delivering world-class health facilities across Victoria including new public hospitals and emergency care, community health services, ambulance branches, residential aged care and mental health facilities. VHBA also provides technical support across engineering, property, asset management and environmental sustainability disciplines. The Opportunity:
The Senior Advisor, Quality and Assurance will support the Manager and Director of the Quality and Assurance unit in the VHBA Project Controls Team to develop and implement quality assurance programs and strategies. Drive quality, capability uplift, and continuous improvement across VHBA's capital project portfolio.
Key aspects of the role include:
* Managing the development and implementation of VHBA's Quality Assurance Framework, practices and processes
* Contributing to and managing the revision of VHBA's Project Management Framework (PMF) and continuous improvement processes.
We are looking for:
* A process driven expert and able to navigate through a complex business operation and project environment to achieve effective process, practice and function integration?
* Outcome-oriented and able to engage with and persuade stakeholders at all levels to promote buy-in?
* Passionate about quality assurance and continuous improvement with strong knowledge and understanding of relevant concepts?
* Interested in putting your skills and experience to use in a project-centred organisation to help drive positive change and deliver real value to the Victorian public?
