About the role
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Associate Director – Pharmacy Services to provide high-level leadership in administration, teaching, and research within the designated Local Health Network (LHN). In this role, you will work closely with the Director of Pharmacy Services, CALHN , to drive excellence and innovation in pharmaceutical services, ensuring optimal health outcomes for patients through the quality use of medicines. Your expertise will support the development and implementation of forward-thinking strategies that enhance patient care and pharmacy practice.
This role will require operational management and strategic leadership of Manufacturing, Investigational Drugs, Distribution and Medication Management Automation of a large health network.
As a key leader, you will oversee the delivery of pharmacy services in line with hospital, state, and national policies, legislation, and professional standards. Additionally, you will spearhead major state-wide and LHN-wide pharmacy projects , ensuring strategic alignment with healthcare priorities. Your ability to lead and inspire teams, manage complex initiatives, and foster collaboration across multidisciplinary teams will be critical to the success of this role. About You

- Project management & service enhancement – Demonstrated experience managing complex, large-scale projects and implementing initiatives that improve service delivery.
- Strong communication & stakeholder engagement – Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across all levels and foster collaboration in a multidisciplinary environment.
