Join Our Team as an HR Administration Officer!

As an HR Administration Officer, you'll play a key role in supporting a wide range of HR functions within our team. You'll be responsible for managing confidential HR documentation, assisting with recruitment, maintaining personnel records, and helping to ensure that our HR systems run smoothly. This is your chance to make a real difference while developing your skills in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer recruitment documentation and maintain confidential HR records
- Assist with preparing employment contracts and employee benefits administration
- Provide HRMS-related support and training
- Maintain staff training registers and update employment databases
- Contribute to HR reporting and assist with general administrative tasks
What We're Looking For:
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication abilities and a tactful approach
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A commitment to continuous learning and skill development
- Proficiency with MS Office and HRMS systems
