A renowned organisation and a market leader in their space is looking for an engaging People & Culture Business Partner to join them in Melbourne, up to $150k + Super.
Your new role
You are tasked with leading the overall people agenda while acting as the advisor to the leadership team on HR best practices. Key responsibilities include end-to-end employee life cycle, recruitment, OHS, engagement, communication, diversity, talent topics and more. As the People & Culture Business Partner, you will also champion a culture shift to modernise the people practices within the organisation.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven achievements as a HR generalist, with experience in senior stakeholder management
- To be well-versed with the retail industry, including operations
- To have prior experience in payroll management (processing is a plus)
