This pivotal role of a Utility & Process Services Leader is responsible for overseeing the management & operation of utility systems & process services within a industrial plant. This role ensures the availability, reliability, and optimization of utility services such as steam, water, gas, electricity, and other essential process services. This role requires a strong understanding of utility systems, process engineering, project management & regulatory compliance.The Quality Ingredients for Success Just like our best cuts of meat, there are a few essential qualities that we need & look for in this role. Experience & QualificationsProject management ExperienceDegree - Chemical Eng, Mech Eng, or a related field industry experience.Experience in utility system management, process engineering, or a related field.Utility systems, boilers, chillers, compressors, pumps & distribution networksUnderstanding of wastewater systems, both storage & treatment.Process services such as steam, water treatment, air compression & gas systems.Project management methodologies & tools.Regulatory requirements & safety standards related to utility operations.Excellent leadership & team management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Effective communication & interpersonal skills.Continuous improvement, such as Lean or Six Sigma, is a plus3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
