Permanent Opportunity for an AV Technical Support Engineer (Melbourne-Based)
Job Opportunity: Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for customer support? We’re looking for an AV Technical Support Engineer to join a dynamic team based in Melbourne!Key Responsibilities: Provide timely support for customer queries via email, phone, or ticketing system (JIRA). Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and guide customers through effective solutions. Document technical issues, resolutions, and feedback for future reference. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve critical issues and improve service quality. Educate customers on product use and gather valuable feedback.
What You’ll Need: Proven experience in a technical support or help desk role. Strong understanding of AV/VC systems (AMX, Crestron, Cisco, Polycom) and audio DSP setups.
Experience with CRM systems (such as Dynamics) and ticketing tools (such as JIRA). Excellent problem-solving, communication, and multitasking abilities.
Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident. A valid Australian driver’s license.
What We Offer:
Competitive salary: $90,000 – $100,000 base + superannuation.
