Are you an Architect or Architectural Designer with a strong interest in the industrial sector and a desire to deepen your expertise?
This role offers autonomy and responsibility and the chance to work on a diverse range of projects, from large-scale distribution centers to manufacturing facilities and complex commercial developments.

You'll be an integral part of the design team, contributing to all stages of projects:

• Concept Design: Developing innovative and functional design concepts that meet client needs and optimise operational efficiency
• Design Development: Translating conceptual designs into detailed architectural plans and specifications
• Documentation: Producing high-quality construction documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant codes and standard
• Client Liaison: Collaborating with clients to understand their requirements and present design solutions
• Consultant Coordination: Working with engineers, planners, and other consultants to ensure seamless project delivery
• Site Visits:
  Attending to monitor progress and ensure design intent is realised

Your Skills & Experience

• A tertiary qualification in Architecture
• Minimum 3 years of demonstrable experience working on industrial focused projects – this is essential!
• Total professional experience preferably between 3-8 years
• Proficiency in Revit and other relevant design software
• Strong understanding of industrial building codes, regulations, and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Proactive and solution-oriented approach
• Passion for creating efficient and innovative industrial spaces
