- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and specifications.
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and workflows.
- Develop clear and concise documentation including user stories, use cases, and process flows.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate interpretation of requirements and successful implementation of solutions.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Participate in testing, validation, and quality assurance processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimisation.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst in a software development environment.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
- Proficiency in requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Visio is a plus.
- Familiarity with SQL, databases, and data analysis techniques is preferred.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus.
