Our client is a globally awarded and state of the art Yoga and Pilates studio offering the complete scope of Pilates of Mat, Reformer and Studio. This well established studio has an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and proactive Studio Manager. This is a dynamic role that will see you oversee the day-to-day operations and provide support to a fantastic team of instructors. Using your exceptional communication and rapport building skills, you will deliver operational excellence and wonderful client experiences in the realm of health and wellness.

Key duties:
- Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our architect designed Yoga and Pilates studio, delivering the utmost attention to detail and aesthetic excellence.
- Maintain and update operational policies and procedures to optimise efficiency and uphold the brand standards.
- Manage scheduling and day to day class coverage, class registrations, and client appointments, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for clients.
- Oversee inventory management and maintenance of studio equipment and amenities ensuring design-led environment is consistently impeccable.
- Manage key relationships including trades to ensure high standards in bathrooms, reception, and practice spaces are maintained.
- Coordinate with landlord, trades and other experts to manage repairs and maintenance.
- Provide exceptional customer service and going above and beyond whilst cultivating a welcoming studio atmosphere.
- Minimum 2 years experience within a similar role: high-end retail, hospitality, events, PR or similar.
- Strong business development skills, with a track record of acquiring and retaining clients.
- Good ability to manage and support a team fostering a culture of excellence to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in use of (G Suite) software and other relevant tools, prioritising seamless client experiences and operational excellence.
- Knowledge of Yoga and or Pilates principles, techniques, and equipment is well regarded but not essential
