We are a driven and forward-thinking team who love the automotive industry.Culturally, we strive to inject equal doses of creativity, smart knowledge, and fun into everything we touch.Job DescriptionDrive is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Vehicle Operations Manager to manage the new car launch schedules and garage bookings in partnership with OEM Public Relations teams. This role requires excellent communication, organisational skills, and an in-depth understanding of the automotive industry.Key Responsibilities:Efficiently manage the scheduling of car launches and review bookings, ensuring accurate timing, prioritisation, and logistical coordination.Build and maintain strong relationships with OEM PR teams, ensuring clear communication and effective handling of queries, requests, and vehicle-related operations.Oversee the safe movement and maintenance of vehicles, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and operational requirements.Maintain accurate records of vehicle details, schedules, and logistical requirements using Monday.com. Provide regular feedback and reports to internal teams and OEM partners.QualificationsProven experience in the automotive industry, particularly working with OEM PR and marketing teams.Tertiary degree in Journalism, PR, Marketing, or a related field.Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.Advanced written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in WordPress and Monday.com (preferred but not essential).A strong passion for cars and in-depth knowledge of the automotive industry.Additional InformationOur Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion:We're committed to a safe, respectful and inclusive Nine.
