Facility Manager (Aged Care)We are seeking a dedicated Facility Manager (Registered Nurse) to lead a Not-for-Profit Residential Aged Care home located just outside Gunnedah, NSW, nestled in the scenic Liverpool Plains.
This hands-on leadership role is ideal for an experienced Aged Care professional looking to lead a motivated clinical team and run the operation of a well established aged care home.

- 3+ years’ experience in Aged Care or Health industry
- Strong leadership & talent retention skills
- Expertise in aged care funding & claims management
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability
- Clinical leadership & compliance experience
- Budget & operational management proficiency
- AHPRA Registered Nurse | Unrestricted Driver’s License
