A leading Australian construction company specialising in a wide variety of piling and ground engineering techniques is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join their team. - Administer contracts from inception through to completion, ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
- Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring smooth project delivery.
- Monitor project progress, track changes, and manage variations in collaboration with project managers.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide regular updates and reporting to stakeholders on project status and contractual matters.
- Proven experience as a Contract Administrator in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, project management, and relevant legislation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A relevant qualification in construction, business, or a related field is preferred.
