Our client is a national service and manufacturing company and they're looking for an Customer Service/Office Administration officer to join their team. Ideal candidates will have previous similar positions and be experienced with Microsoft Excel and basic MYOB.


The role and responsibilities will include:

  • Basic Invoicing
  • Accounts Management
  • Reconciliation of all accounts
  • Adhering to all policies and procedures
  • Act as the main point of contact for customer enquires

To be successful you will have the following:

  • Previous experience within a similar role using MYOB
  • Excellent work ethic and attitude
  • Confident and resilient
  • Fluent written and oral communication
  • Capable of working effectively in a team environment as well as independently
  • A self-motivated person who shows initiative
  • Strong and accurate computer skills
