This exciting opportunity allows you to launch Butterboy’s presence in the South East QLD & Northern NSW area while representing the brand and delivering exceptional customer service. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for strategic planning, account management, and nurturing our customer base across this region.
Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth within your territory. Create sales forecasts and budgets, track performance, and provide regular updates to senior leadership. Proactively identify and address challenges while leveraging market opportunities to maximize sales and expand Butterboy’s presence in the region. Account Management & Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential wholesale customers by understanding their business objectives and providing tailored solutions. Oversee client portfolios, handle inquiries, and identify growth opportunities while developing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction through regular visits and targeted campaigns, positioning Butterboy as a trusted strategic partner.Market Research & Analysis: Stay on top of consumer behaviour, market trends, competitors, and expansion opportunities to ensure Butterboy stays competitive and innovative in the market.Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all sales activities and client interactions align with Butterboy’s values and identity. Maintain consistency across marketing materials, proposals, and communicationsDistribution & Supply Chain Management: Oversee product distribution within the region, ensuring timely deliveries, addressing logistical issues, and working closely with HQ to improve operational efficiency. With some assistance with product delivery in this region as we grow.
Qualifications & Experience
2 years’ experience in sales or account management, preferably in wholesale.Strong communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.Proficient and familiar with MS Office Suite, Oracle, and NetSuiteAbility to negotiate effectively and understand marketing principlesSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.Strong presentation and problem-solving skills.Valid driver’s license.
