Surgical Sales Representative - QLDAre you a driven sales professional with a passion for medical technology? We’re recruiting for a Sales Representative role with a leading medtech company known for its innovative capital solutions.
About the role
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals. You will work with cutting-edge medical devices, providing product expertise, training, and support to customers.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for your territory (QLD territory with majority of the business coming from Brisbane and regional travel to Cairns)
- Identify and engage with key decision-makers in hospitals (surgeons, finance, procurement, c-suite)
- Deliver product demonstrations and clinical support in to healthcare professionals (including theatre support)
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing and clinical specialists
Your experience
- Proven 3+ years o f sales experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare-related fields
- Strong ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and patience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to understand and articulate clinical and technical information
