About the role

We are now looking for a motivated and passionate individual to join our successful Property Management team. This role will be responsible for the management of a dedicated portfolio of residential and rural properties, maintaining a customer database and building strong relationships with our landlords, tenants and trades and will be responsible for the following:

  • Liaise with landlords and develop relationships, ensuring effective management of their investment
  • Maintain communication and relationships with tenants
  • Organise repairs and maintenance work orders and liaise with tradespeople
  • Conduct routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections and prepare conditions reports
  • Maintain and minimise rental arrears
  • Process rental applications and sign up new tenants
  • Carry out rent reviews and lease renewals
  • Keep informed of relevant changes to legislation and communicate these changes within your portfolio

Skills and experience

Whilst previous experience in property management is desirable, we will provide full training and support for the right candidate. What is really key is a positive ‘can-do’ attitude and ability to work in a fast paced office environment. The successful candidate will possess the following:

  • Minimum 2 years customer service experience and a passion for client satisfaction
  • Excellent interpersonal and computer skills
  • Highly organised with attention to detail and proven ability to prioritise
  • Willingness to learn, demonstrate initiative and be a valued team member
  • Resilient and a confident manner with a sense of humour!
  • Current driver’s licence is necessary
