What You'll Do:
- Lead by example to create an exciting, high-energy store that our team and customers love!
- Oversee day-to-day store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising, while ensuring smooth and efficient business performance.
- Set and smash sales targets, all while delivering an experience that wows our customers.
- Inspire and develop your team, helping them grow and thrive, while fostering a culture of fun and retail adventure.
- Tackle challenges head-on, using your problem-solving skills to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Make sure your store is a safe and welcoming space for both customers and team members.
