What You’ll Be Doing: Inspiring and Leading the TeamLead and motivate staff, ensuring high levels of engagement, productivity and morale.Set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.Lead by example in sales activities and delivering exceptional customer service. Creating a Safe and Positive EnvironmentChampion a Safety-First culture by ensuring all team members complete safety activities.Address and resolve any safety concerns promptly.Maintain a safe, compliant environment for employees and customers. Driving Operational and Sales SuccessOversee daily store operations, including inventory management and budgeting.Meet and exceed sales targets and profitability goals.Ensure the store meets company standards for appearance and merchandising. Delivering Exceptional Customer ExperiencesChampion our GREATER program to ensure customers receive the best service.Handle customer complaints professionally and promptly.Actively pursue and maintain trade and retail business relationships. Staying on Top of Reporting and AdministrationComplete reports accurately and on time.Timely and prompt processing of transactions in line with company policy
