The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in property management, a keen understanding of real estate laws and regulations, and exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities:1.Property Management:Oversee all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, budgeting, reports and tenant relations.Ensure properties are maintained in excellent condition, overseeing repairs, renovations, and regular maintenance activities.Develop and implement property management plans, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.2.Tenant Relations and Leasing:Manage tenant relations, addressing inquiries, concerns, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.Conduct property showings, screenings, and lease negotiations to secure and retain tenants.Enforce lease agreements and ensure compliance with leasing policies.3.Regulatory Compliance:Stay updated on state real estate laws and regulations.Ensure properties comply with all legal requirements and safety standards.Handle legal issues, evictions, and disputes in compliance with applicable laws.
Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management.Certificate of Registration or License qualificationsStrong knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Valid driver’s license and own vehicleSecond-hand sales experience is a plus.
