About the Role: As the Team Leader - Physiotherapy, you will provide leadership, direction, and effective management of our Physiotherapy Team. You will work closely with the Head of Clinical Services to guide time management, engagement, and professional development of the AAH Community Physiotherapy Team. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring a high-quality, holistic approach to Physiotherapy/Allied Health Care that meets the needs of Anglicare clients.
This is a permanent full-time role based in Macquarie Park .
What You'll Do:
- Staff Management: Lead and support your team to deliver empathetic and dignified care. Conduct regular one-on-one consultations, performance reviews, and foster a positive team environment.
- Operational Development: Collaborate with the Head of Clinical Services to review and improve clinical programs, manage financial resources, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain and enhance positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, promoting Anglicare's services and values.
- Work Health and Safety: Ensure safety and risk management practices are followed, providing training and supervision to staff.

What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in the care of older Australians in a community/home-based setting
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff and management, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and a desire to lead a team
