We're looking for a Senior Risk Analyst to strengthen our risk frameworks, challenge stakeholders, and drive effective risk management across the business.
So, what’s the job?
As a Senior Risk Analyst, you’ll play a key role in strengthening Cover-More’s risk management framework by supporting Line 1 and the broader business in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across operational and financial areas.
You’ll work with key stakeholders to provide expert guidance on risk and control management, ensuring robust governance and implementation of Zurich Group risk policies. You’ll conduct and support various risk assessments, helping the business understand and manage risks effectively. You’ll work with process owners to improve the control environment and advise on control design and implementation as well as identifying gaps and areas for improvement You’ll assist in preparing risk reporting content for the quarterly Risk & Controls Committee (RCC), providing valuable insights into risk trends and control effectiveness. You’ll support the business in remediating operational events, ensuring corrective actions are effectively implemented. You’ll contribute a risk perspective to regional risk reporting, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
And what are we looking for?
You'll have 3–5 years of experience in a risk management or internal control’s role You'll have a strong understanding of risk management frameworks and their practical application in a business setting. You'll have hands-on experience in control design, testing, and risk assessment, with the ability to engage stakeholders and drive improvements. You'll have a proven track record of working independently, taking initiative, and delivering practical, high-quality outcomes. You'll have excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex risk concepts for a range of stakeholders. You'll be collaborative in your approach, balancing strong stakeholder engagement with a focus on delivery and execution. You'll have high attention to detail and accuracy in risk analysis, reporting, and documentation. You'll take a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement, identifying and addressing risks before they escalate.
