Client Service Officer - Assistant (Maternity Role)

This position offers full-time hours from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday , with a 6-week closure during the Christmas period and reduced hours in school holidays.

Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls & emails with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide accurate information and assistance to clients regarding our products/services.
- Address client inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve client issues and provide timely solutions.
- Follow company guidelines and protocols to ensure consistent service quality.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or phone operator roles is a must.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and empathetic approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficient computer skills required.
- Availability to work full-time hours from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
