Seven Hills RSL Club has completed a $30 million redevelopment, featuring an indoor kids playground, entertainment areas and brand New dining area Fitzroy Lane . As we embark on this exciting new chapter, we are looking for friendly, motivated, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team. Experience is preferred but not essential as we provide comprehensive training for successful candidates.
Job Type: Permanent Part-Time (25 to 35 hours per week).
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service and effectively resolve issues.
- Work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
- Communicate effectively with members and colleagues.
- Participate in the progression and innovation of our club bar and gaming services.
- Adhere to a rotating roster, including day and night shifts.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Passion for customer service and a dedication to excellence.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented setting.
- Current RSA & RCG Competency Card.
- Flexibility to work on a rotating roster between the club trading hours.
- Previous experience preferred, but not essential.
