Customer Service Officer-Full Time Opportunity
Doric is looking for a full-time customer service representative who wants to build a successful career and deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Your purpose
As a Doric customer service representative, you will provide a thorough customer service experience by effectively managing any issues and resolving queries as the first point of contact either via phone, email or face to face. Processing customer orders and providing confirmation in a timely manner. You will build strong relationships with customers and have a proactive approach to your work.
Key Accountabilities
- Provide consistent professional customer service, direct sales and quotes
- Respond professionally to all inbound telephone and email enquiries
- Promote sale products to customer base and process orders relating to national/state sales promotion
- Provide accurate product information to internal and external customers
- Provided face to face assistance to customers
- Process all orders and returns accurately and according to process and procedures,

What you need to succeed:
We are ideally looking for a candidate that possesses the following;
- Minimum 12 months experience in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task, manage competing priorities and meet agreed timeframes
- Ability to work both collaboratively as part of a team and independently
- A flexible and self-motivated attitude
- Attention to detail
- Flexible to work a monthly rotating shift: Monday to Thursday 7:30am–3:30pm, 8.00am-4.00pm and Friday 7:30am-3:30pm.
