Your New Role
As an Internal Sales Representative, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless sales operations and outstanding customer service. Your responsibilities will include:• Managing the end-to-end sales process, from order entry to payment and final delivery.• Handling inbound phone enquiries with professionalism and efficiency.• Responding promptly to email enquiries related to Retail Sales and Agency Sales.• Investigating and resolving complex enquiries regarding stock, orders, ETAs, and backorders.• Assisting with stock take, processing cash sales, and supporting showroom enquiries, sales, and demonstrations.• Collaborating with state agencies to achieve sales targets.• Processing sales requests from internal teams and assisting with e-commerce order fulfilment.• Following up on aged orders, outstanding payments, and liaising with the warehouse to resolve delivery issues.
What You’ll Need to Succeed• A passion for sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences.• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage complex enquiries.• Previous experience in sales and an inbound/outbound call centre environment.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with AS400 is desirable.
