Combine your experience in asset management with your knowledge of local government infrastructure to join a specialist team managing Council's assets.
You will be responsible for leading a team to maintain and develop Council’s strategic asset management. This involves the administrating the asset management information system, completing subdivision development design referrals, managing subdivision asset handovers and preparation of Asset Management Policy, Strategy and Plans.
The role reports to the Infrastructure Planning Manager within an innovative and energetic team that is committed to the sustainable management of Council’s $1.6B infrastructure portfolio for the benefit of our Community. Infrastructure Planning is responsible for management of the infrastructure network of Shellharbour and shaping the annual $270M Capital Works Program within Council's Delivery Program.
