A busy yet varied role, we are seeking a Data Integrity Coordinator to manage the life cycle management of our assets. This will involve the collection and management of asset data that can feed into programs designed to maintain the desired levels of service of the assets.

Kingsway Services is a long standing, successful, end-to-end specialist hydraulic maintenance services company. We service a range of clients across NSW that includes government, correctional, schools, and council contracts.

About You

  • You are a self-starter, motivated and take pride in your work
  • Possess highly developed interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships
  • Experience in the management of plumbing assets is desirable
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • High level of oral and written skills and ability to prepare high quality written reports and submissions
  • You love working with data and data entry
  • You have excellent attention to detail
  • You are a team player

Responsibilities

  • Quoting preventative maintenance works and providing clients with Asset Lifecyle proposals
  • Monitoring and coordinating information within CMMS and actioning any tasks within portfolios
  • Plan, prioritise and schedule preventive maintenance jobs in accordance with specific labour skill requirements, client delivery criteria and external client KPIs
  • Management and maintenance of all internal company assets
  • Ensuring the accuracy, consistency and reliability of our data
  • Submitting all compliance related documentation
  • Check, approve and issue Preventative Maintenance invoicing
  • Manage Client portal process for all work orders
  • Coordinating and submitting monthly reports
  • Provide training of systems and processes as required
  • Working collaboratively to ensure contractor and technician compliance
  • After-hours emergency phone roster

What You Need to Have

  • A love for data entry
  • Passion, Patience, Attention to Detail, Consistency, Respect & Integrity
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
  • NSW National Police Check (must be completed on acceptance of role)
  • Valid NSW driver Licence
