astry Chef NEEDED (Full-Time)
Location: sydney, Yagoona
We are looking for a passionate and experienced pastry chef to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity for growth and collaboration, where you will have the chance to bring your creative ideas to life alongside the owner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create muffins, cocktail pizzas, other pastry items with confidence and skill.
-Creating new muffin flavours and Decorations
- Work independently in a fast-paced production environment.
- Perform stock takes and manage inventory.
- Handle supplier communications and orders when necessary.
- Follow food health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the owner to develop new menu items and enhance current offerings.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years experience as a pastry chef.
- Certificate in Patisserie (or equivalent).
- Strong leadership and independent working skills.
- Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively.
- A positive attitude, with the ability to lead and work well within a team.
- Commitment to this role and the ability to manage the demands of full-time production.
