The Charles Boutique Hotel & Dining is located in central Wagga Wagga, we are a family run business committed to providing excellent service and experience for our customers.
We are looking for a hospitality all rounder to provide outstanding customer service across the whole business. To greet guests for the hotel and restaurant and assist them throughout their experience at The Charles. Work closely with every team member in the business to ensure all tasks run smoothly and customers are extremely satisfied. There is opportunity for work across marketing and social media platforms as well as other admin duties with training available.
Duties & Responsibilities:

- Providing guest services from the hotel (reception) and providing service in our restaurant,
- waiting tables and bar work
- Best utilize your skills to assist in all aspects of the business across restaurant and hotel operations
- Greeting guests with a welcoming demeaner
- Maintain a high standard of presentation and service
- Provide remarkable customer service to every customer
- Handling check ins and check outs for hotel guests
- Answering phone calls and emails
- Clearing and waiting/serving tables
- Work well autonomously and in a team
- Create rapport with regular customers
Qualifications:
Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate. You must have excellent communication skills, a strong customer focus and a willingness to learn. Hospitality experience is preferred, however, not required as we will teach you.
Working Conditions:
You will be required to work in a fast paced environment attending regular afternoon and evening shifts. We have casual and full time positions available.
