About the business

Investment & Insurance Centre is a locally owned and operated Financial Planning practice that offers solutions to clients in the areas of superannuation and retirement planning, investments, wealth creation, and risk insurance. Established in 1994, we provide professional financial advice to clients within and around the Riverina and Southwest Slopes.

About the role

Due to our expanding business needs, we are on the look out for the next awesome person to join our team!

You will be the face of our business and responsible for creating an excellent first impression for our clients. You will play an integral role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients as well as supporting our team.

Day to day you will be responsible for reception duties such as meeting and greeting clients, answering and directing telephone calls, email correspondence, managing office supplies, petty cash purchases, and sorting mail/deliveries. You will also perform various administrative duties such as scanning, copying and filing as support to our team.

You will provide assistance to the Advisors through generating reports and paperwork, scheduling appointments, preparing files ready for appointments, and liaising with insurers and external companies.

To be successful in this role you will be well presented, have excellent interpersonal skills and sound administration skills. You will be a strong team player who is willing to take on any task that's thrown your way.

Desirable

  • Exposure to financial planning, Xplan and DocuSign software
