Client Management and Strategy Execution:Cultivate senior and mid-level client relationships, guaranteeing exceptional service.Supervise and ensure on-target delivery of SEO services within agreed timelines and budgets.Lead the implementation and management of SEO strategies, ensuring adherence to best practices and educating clients in the process.Establish a leadership role both within the agency and in client interactions, providing authoritative insights and strategic direction.Develop and implement comprehensive SEO and content strategies for the client portfolio.Manage project workflows to ensure timely, high-quality delivery, including regular client updates and performance reports.Act as the primary liaison for client deliverables and strategy, attending meetings and ensuring clear, effective communication.Oversee team output, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to deadlines.Analyze data critically to provide actionable insights and directly link SEO activities to tangible commercial outcomes for clients.
Qualifications and Skills:Must be currently working in or in the last 12 months worked in an agency environmentHave at least 3 years experience working in a SEO/Digital Marketing agency5+ years of experience in executing successful SEO projects in an agency setting, particularly with larger clients (monthly spend over $5K).Profound, current knowledge of SEO and analytics, especially Google Analytics.Exceptional analytical and data-driven approach.High proficiency in data analysis using Excel or SheetsStrong capability to work independently.Experience managing large and complex websites.Impeccable attention to detail.Excellent project management skills.Effective written and verbal communication abilities.Disciplined and process-oriented work ethic.Ability to zoom in on fine details and also appreciate the bigger picture.PPC experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
Salary $120K package, adjustable based on skills and experience.
