HSC Examination Supervisors play an important part in the administration of examinations at St Agnes Catholic High School.
The principal role of a HSC Examination Supervisor is to support students during what can be a stressful time. Supervisors are also responsible for administrative matters relating to an exam and ensuring the academic integrity of the exam. All supervisors report to the Presiding Officer.
A supervisor’s duties may include:

checking exam rooms are properly equipped and set up

supervising students in exam rooms

collecting completed exam papers
-
packing up after exams.
To become an examination supervisor you will need the following skills and abilities:
• Able to work accurately with attention to detail
• Able to work under pressure
• Work as part of a team
• Able to carry out duties confidentially and discreetly
• Able to work with limited supervision
• Punctual and reliable
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• A current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle is desirable.

Commitment Required
Supervisors are needed during the main school exam periods across the year. Exam periods are generally 2 weeks long with the exception of the HSC period which is 4 weeks.
August – Year 12 Trial HSC
October – HSC exams

This position involves working with children.
