About the role
We are seeking a specialised Construction Servicing Officer to join our servicing team and support the launch of our new construction lending product. As part of a fast growing business, this role offers the opportunity to shape and refine processes with the goal of delivering an exceptional customer experience.
We are looking for a detail oriented, highly organised individual who can confidently represent our brand, build strong relationships with panel valuers, builders, and customers, and play a key role in
propelling the success of the product.
Responsibilities
· Manage construction loan drawdowns, ensuring progress payments are processed efficiently and accurately.
· Verify builder invoices, valuations, and supporting documents for accuracy.
· Engage with valuers, builders, and customers to resolve issues efficiently.
· Monitor loan progress, maintaining drawdown and compliance registers.
· Support the development of construction servicing processes.
Your Experience
· Strong understanding of the construction lending process with ideally 2 years’ experience.
· Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
· Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
· Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to analyse and manage data effectively.
· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and
· Stakeholders.
