Our client is a highly successful dealership in Rockhampton with a focus on delivering a brilliant guest experience at every touch point and this role plays a crucial role in this experience.The Call Centre Supervisor will look after all the inbound and outbound service calls and follow ups. The role also requires the running of a team of 3 other call centre consultants.
The Call Centre Supervisor will also help look after our database. Keeping the quality and integrity of their database to the highest standard is one of their biggest priorities. Your attention to detail and drive for excellence should be second to none.
About the role:
- Make service booking and service follow-up calls
- Coordination of Daily CRM activity
- Upholding data entry & quality standards
- Provide superior levels of customer service
- General Administrative duties
- Supervision of the call centre team

- Experienced in contacting a large volume of customers on a daily basis

- Leadership experience or experience in similar role
