Description:
As an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the electrical maintenance team.
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in all maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address electrical issues.
- Train and mentor electrical maintenance staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Facilitate regular inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical systems.
- Manage maintenance budget and resources efficiently.
- Provide technical support in troubleshooting and solving electrical problems.
Requirements:
A successful Electrical Maintenance Supervisor should have:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in electrical systems maintenance and repair.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
