Responsibilities:
You’ll be a collaborative, solutions-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be comfortable working with high-end clients and have a sharp eye for detail. If you’ve previously worked in T1 or T2 environments, your structured approach will be highly regarded.
- Managing commercial and residential projects from start to finish
- Leading project teams, subcontractors, and consultants
- Ensuring quality, safety, and compliance are met at every stage
- Managing budgets, schedules, and contracts
- Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
- Strong understanding of contracts, budgets, and scheduling
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- A results-driven approach with a passion for delivering high-quality builds
