Accounts Clerk role available in Brisbane CBD | Perm role | 1 WFH day per week

This leading legal firm has an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Accounts Clerk to join their successful finance team on a full-time permanent basis. The role will be based in their state-of-the-art Brisbane CBD offices, which are located close to various public transport links and extensive lunchtime eating options. 1 work from home day per week available.


Your new role

Reporting to the Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
  • Accounts Payable processing
  • Processing of trust account transactions
  • Reconciliation of creditor statements
  • Reconciling bank accounts
  • Petty cash management
  • Liaising with key stakeholders regarding finance queries


What you'll need to succeed

In order to be successful, you will meet the following requirements:
  • Previous experience working in the legal or property sector in an accounts-based role
  • Ability to work in a high-volume environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
