The Opportunity
A great opportunity exists for a full-time Law Clerk/Paralegal to become a part of a small and friendly team at William Roberts’ Brisbane office. You will be responsible for providing high quality support to the principal and lawyers including, diary management, file management, drafting basic correspondence, preparation of Court documents and briefs, end of month billing procedures, file opening and closures, and general administrative assistance. The role will require you to interact with a diverse range of stakeholders, including clients, legal and business professionals.
About You
Ideally you will have:
- Previous Paralegal or law clerk experience
- Advanced skills in Microsoft office;
- Exceptional attention to detail and typing skills;
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
- Competence with legal practice management systems and legal document production;
- Have a flexible and proactive approach when necessary;
- A desire to join in and assist others whilst working within a small team environment with a focus on client service.
