What You’ll Do
In this role, you won’t be stuck on the sidelines – you’ll be an active player driving our business forward. Your day-to-day will include:
- Frontline Engagement: Be the very first point of contact for all new business enquiries. Whether you’re turning a call, chat, or online lead into a sales opportunity or skillfully triaging the enquiry to the right specialist, you set the tone for our customer experience. Your expertise in either selling our innovative solutions or directing enquiries to the appropriate team member is essential.
- Connecting with Businesses: Engage with commercial and industrial customers to understand their waste management needs and offer tailored, eco-friendly solutions.
- Building Relationships: Be the friendly voice on inbound calls and chats, nurturing leads and building trust from the very first interaction.
- Consultative Selling : Follow up with prospects at the right time and in the right way. Rather than pushy sales, you’ll use a consultative approach – listening to their needs and showing how we can help.
