About You:

  • You are a resourceful Early Childhood Teacher with a genuine passion for creating nurturing environments and learning opportunities for children
  • ACECQA-approved Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree or Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education
  • Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
  • Valid First Aid and CPR certification
  • Sound knowledge and practical experience with the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standards
  • Current training in Asthma and Anaphylaxis


About the Role:

  • Create, implement, and evaluate educational programs that are engaging, innovative, and tailored to the developmental needs of each child
  • Cultivate and sustain positive relationships with families and help children become active members of the local community
  • Promote curiosity and creativity through play-based experiences
  • Work closely with fellow educators in an engaging and collaborative teaching setting
  • Foster an inclusive environment that celebrates and values each child’s unique strengths and interests, ensuring they feel respected and supported
  • Monitor and record children’s development, providing meaningful insights into their growth and progress
