About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our dynamic kitchen team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an award-winning venue, crafting world-class Italian cuisine while inspiring and mentoring a dedicated brigade of 10 full time chefs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a talented kitchen team, fostering skill development and excellence.
- Oversee high-paced kitchen operations, ensuring seamless service.
- Demonstrate creativity in plating and presentation, upholding our signature standards.
- Maintain a commitment to authentic Italian cuisine and operational efficiency.
What You’ll Bring
- Michelin Star or Chef Hat experience is essential.
- A minimum of 1 year in a similar Head Chef role within a premium dining establishment.
- Strong expertise in Italian cuisine , with a meticulous eye for detail.
- The ability to work independently and perform under pressure.
- Extensive Team leadership and management experience
- A passion for teamwork, leadership, and fostering a positive kitchen culture.
