About the position:
As the Business Trainee (Course Enrolment Officer/ Account Manager), you will support the enrolment and administrative functions of Foundation Education.
This position provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in customer service, enrolment processes, and administrative functions while studying towards a nationally recognised qualification in Business.
The Trainee will be responsible for assisting with processing enrolments, maintaining student records, and providing excellent customer service to prospective students and corporate partners.

What we are looking for?
We are seeking an individidual with excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills (both written and verbal). If you are enthusiastic with a can-do attitude, then this will be the perfect role for you! We are looking for an eager person who is adaptable and ready to contribute to the team.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Suite and Outlook
- A positive, proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Previous Administration or Customer Service skills is highly regarded
- Willingness to complete studies - Certificate III in Business to Business Sales
- Applicants must hold a Blue Card (Working with Childrens Check) -or willing to obtain before commencing
