About the Job

lead the delivery of water and wastewater asset renewal projects, prioritising efficiency and great customer outcomes within SA Water's Capital Delivery team. Manage multidisciplinary teams to ensure project milestones are met, budgets are maintained, and quality outcomes are delivered to support South Australia's infrastructure needs.

About Sustainable Infrastructure

The Sustainable Infrastructure group is dedicated to maximising value for customers and the community by developing innovative and optimised infrastructure plans, and overseeing the planning, construction, delivery, and maintenance of water and sewerage assets across the state and business.

Your responsibilities for this opportunity

Fostering trust with our people, customers and community by providing expert advice and service that ensure we effectively communicate and engage audiences with our business strategy and its delivery across South Australia, every day.

You will:

  • Lead safety initiatives and ensure compliance with WHS standards.
  • Manage project scope, schedules, risks, and financial controls.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality project outputs.
  • Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
  • Drive continuous improvement and foster a culture of service excellence.

Your success in this role will come from:

  • Demonstrated experience in project and program management.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or related fields, or significant industry experience.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Effective stakeholder collaboration and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver within deadlines.
