About The RoleThe Administration Department supports the Hospital by ensuring we provide safe contemporary care to patients through processing patient admissions and ensuring patient needs are identified and addressed
The Administration Department is pivotal within the functioning of Burnside Hospital (BH) and as such contribute to the hospital achieving consistently, its mission, values and business objectives.
About You
You are a highly passionate and driven person seeking a role where your interest in great customer service can be optimised. You will be the first point of contact for patients.
You will have proven recent experience in a similar role and have an exceptional collaborative approach.

About Us
An exciting new chapter for Burnside Hospital, culminating in the creation of Burnside Hospital Stepney. The acquisition of a new hospital allows us to expand our operations across two conveniently located sites in the eastern suburbs.
With this strategic move, we effectively double our capabilities, growing from five operating theatres to ten and increasing our bed count from 76 to 125. Most importantly, this expansion enables us to provide even more care to our community.
