- Based across North, South and Central sites

What can you expect to be doing?
- Support residents in one of our facilities by providing quality person-centred care, with wants and needs of the resident at the core of all of your actions
- Collaborating with other staff to provide quality physical, emotional, wellness and clinical care
- Build relationships with our aged care residents and their families
- Engaging and liaising with residents, their families and carers to improve their health, lifestyle and well-being
- Sharing professional knowledge with your teammates
- Certificate III in either Aged Care or Individual Support (Ageing)
- Experience working in this role is essential
- Flexible availability, able to do AM/PM/ND shifts
- Demonstrated understanding of the physical, emotional and social needs of older people
- Excellent interpersonal skills that enable you to build meaningful relationships with customers and colleagues
- Current influenza vaccination
- National Police Clearance (unsupervised contact with vulnerable people. 6 months or more remaining on clearance, please note NPC's are valid for 3 years)
